2.1 รับ - ส่ง หนังสือราชการที่ กองกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี
2.2 ลงทะเบียนหนังสือรับ ในระบบ edoc ubu
2.3 ส่งหนังสือราชการ ในระบบ edoc ubu พร้อมส่งหนังสือราชการต้นฉบับให้ งานต่าง ๆ / ภาควิชา ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในตู้เอกสาร ณ ห้องงานบริหารทั่วไป
2.4 กำกับ ดูแล ตรวจสอบ ตรวจทาน และติดต่อประสานงานด้านสารบรรณ ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าด้วยระเบียบสารบรรณ
2.5 จัดหนังสือราชการเข้าแฟ้มเสนองาน เพื่อเสนอคณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ลงนาม/ สั่งการ และส่งกลับคืนให้ งานต่าง ๆ / ภาควิชา เพื่อดำเนินการต่อไป
2.6 ส่งจดหมาย และพัสดุภัณฑ์ ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ณ ไปรษณีย์ สาขามหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี และแยกจดหมาย พัสดุภัณฑ์ เข้าตู้เอกสารตามงานและภาควิชา
- ประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูล ข่าวสาร ที่เกี่ยวข้องในระบบ E-Manage ระบบ www.edoc.ubu.ac.th และระบบ www.dms1.ubu.ac.th ให้บุคลากรคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ รับทราบ
- โครงการงานบริหารทั่วไป
- ประสาน รปภ. เตรียมความพร้อม กำกับ ดูแล การรักษาความปลอดภัยการเข้า - ออก กลุ่มอาคารคณะวิทยาศาสตร์
- ให้บริการขอใช้รถยนต์ของทางราชการ การเสียภาษี และการต่อประกันภัยรถยนต์
- ให้บริการขอใช้ห้องประชุม และห้องเรียน ภายในอาคารวิจัยร
- คณะกรรมการสวัสดิการด้านความปลอดภัยมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี
